At the time no one would insure me for the type of business I was in and I could not even get any direction from other insurance companies. Ruth took the time to understand my business and was able to find the right insurance provider for my company. I know that does not seem like a big deal but it end up being life changing for my family and I, as well as the hundreds of people that I have been able to offer a job over the years. It’s allowed me to turn a very small business into a multi million dollar operation. For over 6 years now, as my company continues to grow, Ruth, and now, Ruth & Associates continue to offer endless support. They are by far the most honest and professional group of people that I have dealt with from coast to coast. I am not the easiest person to work with, very impatient at times, with that said I have never received anything less then superior customer service form each and every person in her office. They take my calls in the middle of the night, on weekends, pretty much whenever I need a question answered. They offer every service that you could think of for small or big business. I find this to be very unique and necessary to help future entrepreneurs succeed. They offer insurance to the individual that is simply trying to buy a house or a car.
Most insurance brokers that offer this many options are usually hard to get a hold of, overwhelmed, let your polices expire and are very short when you speak with them. This is not the case for this team because when everyone is done for the day, they continue to work into the night and are always on their A – Game. English and Spanish BTW!!!!
It takes a lot of guts to go off and start your own business and huge risk. My advice, keep doing what your doing and treat everyone as you have treated me, for sure you will win. Be Different, Be Great..
